Ken Hrica, Owner, CPA

Ken joined Century Accounting & Financial Services in 1991 after several years at Ernst & Young. With nearly 35 years of experience, he now leads the firm—providing strategic direction and overseeing complex tax matters for individuals, businesses, and nonprofits. His focus is on proactive tax planning, compliance, and helping clients communicate with the IRS. Ken stays certified through ongoing continuing education to ensure clients benefit from the latest regulatory insights.

 

Outside the office: Ken enjoys spending time at the beach in Ocean City, MD, bike riding, and being outdoors—activities that help him stay grounded and energized.

Tracey Hrica, Owner, Enrolled Agent & QuickBooks ProAdvisor

Tracey joined Century in 1995 and became an Enrolled Agent in 2012, allowing her to represent clients before the IRS. She’s also a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, supporting both Desktop and Online users. Tracey plays a vital role in onboarding new clients, researching tax questions, and delivering expert bookkeeping and financial guidance. In addition to her client work, she manages Century’s social media presence—so if you want to get to know her better, that’s where you’ll find her voice and updates.

 

Outside the office: Tracey loves live music, family time, and making memories with her grandchildren.

Michelle Siegmund, Lead Bookkeeping Specialist

Michelle Siegmund joined Century Accounting & Financial Services in 2012. She specializes in bookkeeping, financial statement prep, bank reconciliations, and sales tax returns. Michelle also manages payroll, including filings and audits. Her attention to detail and commitment to service excellence make her a trusted resource for clients.

Joe Dietz, Office Assistant

Since 2019, Joe has been the backbone of our office operations. Organized and personable, he handles phone calls, schedules appointments, manages files, and ensures supplies are fully stocked. His friendly professionalism makes him a go-to team member for both clients and staff.


Raquel Lehr, Bookkeeping Specialist

Raquel joined Century in 2021, originally as Tracey’s assistant, and quickly proved herself as a standout bookkeeper. She specializes in both QuickBooks Online and Desktop, supporting clients with tasks from accounts payable to reconciliations to daily data entry & maintenance. Raquel’s keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy make her a trusted go-to for day-to-day financial organization.


Luke Lehr, Junior Accountant & Assistant to the CPA

Luke came aboard in January 2024 and works closely with Ken as both his assistant and a junior accountant. He supports a wide range of client work, including tax preparation and bookkeeping. With a sharp mind for numbers and a team-first attitude, Luke has quickly become a tremendous asset to the firm and the clients we serve.
